• Payment terms will be provided upon booking confirmation.

4. Cancellation Policy

We require at least 24 hours' notice for any lesson cancellation. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session may be charged at the full rate.

5. Code of Conduct

Students and tutors are expected to treat each other with respect. We reserve the right to terminate tuition services immediately if any inappropriate behavior occurs.

6. Limitation of Liability

Hikmah Tutors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in dispute.
